Return & Exchange Policy
At The Scentation, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- We accept return or exchange requests if you are not satisfied with your purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.
- Requests for return or exchange must be submitted within 7 days from the date of order delivery.
- Returned products must have at least 90% of the original content remaining in the bottle and must be unused or minimally used.
- All return and exchange requests are reviewed and processed within 10 working days after the product is received and inspected.
Non-Refundable & Special Conditions
- Delivery charges are non-refundable for all return or exchange orders.
- Customers are responsible for paying delivery charges for exchange orders, except in cases mentioned below.
- Tester Kits / Sample Boxes are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are provided solely for fragrance testing purposes.
- Orders with a total value exceeding PKR 10,000 are not eligible for refunds and may only be exchanged.
Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Orders
In the event that you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or incorrect, The Scentation will bear the return and replacement delivery charges. Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
